Three Shootings on July 4 in Long Beach

Long Beach Police are investigating three shootings that happened on July 4, 2023. Due to this, the SWAT personnel looked into the no-hit shooting at the 5400 block of Cherry Avenue, where a male adult suspect fired a gun during an argument. According to the news, the police were dispatched to the 6500 block of Indiana Avenue for a hit shooting where a male adult victim was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening lower body gunshot wound. It's sad that before the police came, the culprit escaped on an unknown route, leaving no other injuries behind. The suspect went in an unknown direction before officers arrived, and no additional injuries were reported.
